Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Projects typically require a deposit before work begins, with remaining payments due as outlined in your proposal. Late payments may pause work.

Revisions and changes

Each proposal includes a defined number of revision rounds. Requests outside the agreed scope may be quoted separately.

Client responsibilities

You agree to provide content, feedback, and access needed for your project in a timely manner, and confirm you have the rights to any materials you supply.

Ownership

Upon full payment, you own the final website design and content created for you. We may retain rights to reusable tools, frameworks, and code libraries, and may showcase completed work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise.

Hosting and maintenance

Ongoing hosting, support, and maintenance are provided only when included in your plan or a separate agreement.

Limitation of liability

Services are provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, SCW Digital is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the related service.
